We use Supabase as the primary database for website submissions. Assessment submissions, contact form submissions, lead details, and integration job records are stored there.

5. Third-Party Processors

We use the following providers to operate the website and follow up on legitimate enquiries:

• Resend, to send assessment result emails, contact acknowledgements, and internal notifications.
• MailerLite, to manage marketing subscribers where you have explicitly opted in.
• Vercel, to host and operate the website and background retry jobs.

6. Marketing Consent

Assessment result emails and contact acknowledgements are transactional communications related to the action you requested on the site. Marketing emails are separate and are only sent where you actively opt in on the relevant form.

7. Retention and Security

We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for lead management, service delivery, reporting, and legal or operational record-keeping. We use access controls and third-party platform security measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
